Bocagrande has many alternative hotels and short-term rentals. Booking early is strongly advised; October is a popular season in Cartagena.

Regardless of your category, your registration grants full access to the congress experience:

Full Access: Participation in all activities (Ibero-American Tournament, Pro Simultaneous Games, and Side Events).

The opening dinner on October 30 is not included in your registration; it is charged separately and can be added as an optional add-on when you register.

Transport note: We want to make your arrival easy! We'll monitor your arrival and do our best to pick you up at the airport only on October 30 (during the day) and take you back on November 3/4.
